Very poor customer service. Bought an item that was suppose to fit my motorcycle according to the description. Provided the seller pictures of the item not fitting, and even proof from their supplier admitting that it was not made for my bike. The seller has made no effort to fix their mistake and since I am outside of the EU, I have been charged duties on the import etc and now I must pay for the return + duties which will be hard to get back causing me to lose a lot of money in the process for their mistake.

J'ai acheté un phare "ce produit est parfait pour les Harley Davidson" et à ma grande surprise aucun connecteur (meme pas un H4) pas de plan de montage. Un phare dans un carton... Pas d'info sur le site. Le produit est beau et de bonne facture.

De betaling via een overschrijving formulier van de bank werd niet al te goed begrepen. Ik kreeg bij de eerste overboeking het bedrag weer terug gestort op mij rekening. Bij de tweede overboeking ging het goed.

J'ai commandé des tubes de fourches TAROZZI pour ma Bonneville T100 sur ce site, les tubes ont étaient livré en temps et en heures, mais j'ai constaté que ce n'était pas les bons. J'ai envoyé un mail au service client qui m'a demandé des photos pour justifier, j'ai envoyé des photos et ils m'ont répondu qu'elles étaient de mauvaise qualité. J'ai fait des recherches de mon côté chez TAROZZI et j'ai identifié le problème. Il s'agit simplement d'une erreur de références. J'ai refait des photos et expliqué le problème par mails et là : le silence radio plus aucune nouvelle. N'ayant plus de nouvelle et arrivant à la date limite de retour, J'ai voulu imprimer un bon de retour sur le site CafeRacer Webshop et je dois payer pour cela 13.94 €
