Lesser initial experience with great support after the fact
I ordered a set of brake shoes, they were listed as in stock, ships within 1 - 2 days (they are still labeled as such as of the writing of this review).
However, after a week of no updates I reached out and was told they were actually not in stock, and a restock was in the process, but estimated delivery date was unsure.
That same day I was told that a shipment came in and they'd send it to me right away.
Despite the setback, pretty good service thus far.
However, when I opened my package I found (compatible) brake shoes from a different brand (EBC instead of TRW) which cost about half as much as the ones I paid for.
It seems they got mislabeled in the warehouse as the sticker read TRW but the box and it's contents read EBC.
Luckily it was a compatible set, so I was able to install these and make it in time for an event!
I emailed them again, I was told that I could get the difference refunded, which they did.
So whilst this was quite a journey, an adventure dare I say, I'm very happy with the customer service.
And despite all the hassle I now have some extra cash back in my account plus new brakes on the bike, so honestly kind of a win right?
