Goede service, goede prijzen. Het kan wat lastig zijn om ze te pakken te krijgen (vaak wordt er niet opgenomen, later nog naald proberen), maar zodra je ze aan de lijn hebt is de service top.

Good experience but minimal service

I bought a lot of parts for my bmw k75s. Some of them are high quality but a few weren't representative of the reviews /images. Minimal support or none when questions were asked on installation and or bolt sizes. Emails were sent when delay in shipping but without any solutions positive buyer solutions. Overall i was satisfied but experience could have been way better

Misguiding web site

Goods all great, however it was misleading that I was ordering from overseas and would be required to pay customs duty. Also, I selected GBP to deal in and this was reverted to euro when I had to take a back step to correct the order. I didn’t notice the change. Please make it much clearer on your website that customs duties are applicable to certain countries
