OK, it's a high postage cost but relatively painless. But, the product really is not up to the standard claimed for it so, no problem, I'll return it. I expect to pay carriage but to pay €16 on top is just plain theft. ie to receive, inspect and reject (for reasons not made obvious in the advert) is going to cost me €50 for a €100 product. Avoid these people, they're just interested in the sale, not the customer

Terrible customer service, do not trust this site. I ordered three products on 19 January, it’s now a week before April and I still have nothing. I’ve spent around €300 and have asked for a refund three times in the past months and have been ignored while continuing to receive weekly newsletters.

I had two orders from them, a total around 900 euros. Although the products appeared to be in stock, they needed around 1-2 months to deliver each order because of the lack of products. Yes, they were answering promptly, yes the order was sent, but.....damn i won't order from them unless forced to do so!

You don’t have everything I need, but I have been very happy with the quality of what I have purchased and the promptness in shipping. (The free stickers are cool, maybe at some level you could throw in a T-shirt?)

I have bought a few items from cafe racer webshop before, pre-Brexit I might add. I live in the UK. Good range of products, some which I cannot find in UK. My latest purchase is the throttle I need for my stalled cafe racer project. Surprisingly, the price shown on the website changed to a slightly cheaper price when I put them in the basket, bonus. Unfortunately, I got hit with £35 import tax charges etc. Some companies absorb these charges within their pricing.

Ware und Preis ist i.O., nur der Lieferdienst (dpd) war unzuverlässig. Dafür kann der webshop aber nichts. Auf Anfragen per mail wird zeitnah reagiert. Von mir aus zu empfehlen.
