Das Kabel sieht hochwertig aus, noch nicht eingebaut. Hat ein bisschen länger gedauert nach Deutschland weil das Produkt nicht im Lager war, ich bekam eine E-Mail mit der Info das es sich verzögert, also nicht dramatisch. Bei der Beschreibung hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass da steht ob es der Öffner- oder Schließer-kabel ist ( Kabel A und B). Ich möchte beide Kabel Überholen da ich nicht weiss wie alt sie sind und die Maschine älter ist. Als ich bestellt habe und das Bild sah, habe ich angenommen ich bekomme ein Set beziehungsweise beide Kabel. Ich war ein bisschen überrascht als es nur ein Kabel dabei war. Für den Preis wäre ein Set zu günstig aber daran habe ich erst später gedacht. Jetzt muss ich den Schließer Kabel dazu holen. Vielleicht wäre sinnvoll bei der Beschreibung zu schreiben es ist nur der Öffner Kabel

J'ai payé la livraison express la plus chère (12.84€) car j'avais besoin urgemment des produits mais la livraison à mis 8 jours à arriver et en plus le livreur indique que c'est ok alors que je n'ai jamais eu le colis et qu'il y avait du monde à la maison toute la journée surtout à l'heure de son passage (indiqué livré à 12h48 dans le mail) mauvais transporteur colis privé

Artikel hatte laut Webshop eine Lieferzeit von 1-3 Tagen. Nach einer Woche der erste Kontakt, Artikel ist nicht lagernd. Mir wurde angeboten zu warten bis der Artikel vom Lieferanten geliefert wird oder mein Geld zurück zubekommen. Die Lieferung des Artikels erfolgte 3 Wochen nach der Bestellung. Rabatt oder Gutschein gab es keinen.

The ordering process was very easy. The parcel was well packaged. Fitting was not so easy. I checked the website manuals and found fitting the hugger required some Velcro strips that were not included. I resorted to packing the hugger with washers to get the best fit until I can work out a better solution
