I live in the United States and I ordered a part that was only available in Europe. Soon after ordering I was notified the part was out of stock and on back order and given the option for refund or substitute. I opted to wait for availability. Not long after the part was obtained and shipped and arrived very quickly! They went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted and the product is excellent!

I ordred a black fuel hose and received a grey, i contacted you by mail and get the answer - Its the way it is, you are free to send it back. So i have to pay additionally 13,99 euros for sending a "wrong colored" fuel hose back. because you not meaning its wrong and damage, and then get my 5,5 euros back. So please get your text right on the webshop! Its not about missing the 5,5 euros, its about the attitude.

le site est un peu méli-mélo difficile de s'y retrouver pour trouver ce que l'on cherche ( pièce pour une cbr600f 1987 pc19 ) , mais quand on trouve c'est nickel , la commande et la livraison se son bien passée et tout s'est fait rapidement , en 48h ma commande était livrée .

Ja es stimmt, der Shop ist in den Niederlanden und wenn man den Artikel zurückschickt, darf man den Versand selber zahlen, derzeit knappe 11€ über DPD, AAABER alles hat super geklappt. Sehr unkompliziert und mein Fall war sicher nicht einfach...ich kann den Shop nur empfehlen...

Prodotto arrivato in tempi brevi, imballaggio ottimo, qualità e materiali buoni. Un consiglio per essere ancora più performanti sul mercato, aggiungete nel vs sito, dei video tutorial che accompagnino il cliente nel montaggio di ciò che ha acquistato, sarebbe un plus notevole.
