After purchasing the product, it never arrived. Although FedEx confirmed that it had been dropped off at the designated pickup point, the package was never actually there. Your staff was not very helpful; I would have appreciated it if the product had been reshipped. Furthermore, your staff never addressed the fact that if a product remains at a pickup point for more than 5 days, it should be returned to the sender—yet this did not happen. It has now been 15 days since the date I was supposed to pick up the package. Today is the limit of my patience; if the issue is not resolved, I will instruct PayPal to reclaim the payment.I am still hoping for a resolution—at least to minimize the loss—but as of today, nothing has happened.

I had a lot of questions and they didn’t answer any of them. Requested instructions in English, nothing. Requested what installation videos they would recommend watching for my particular project, nothing. Sent photographs of what I was dealing with, nothing. Customer service was none existent.

Reasonable delivery time, really pleased with the shicks i purchased, id definetly buy again from them
