Good service with a little hiccup.
I would have given 4 to 4,5 stars if there wasn’t an internal misunderstanding.
I ordered two pieces of one article and during ordering it said all was in stock.
That was not the case.
They informed me quickly and that was good. They couldn’t say when they get it back in stock. No problem for me I can’t work on my bike now anyway, so I decided that they could sent the what they have right away and the missing part when they get it back in stock.
After a few weeks I got the information that they won’t get the part back in stock because it wasn’t available anymore from their supplier.
I ordered quickly the same part from another supplier, being afraid that it might not be available anymore.
At the same time trying to order a different part from CafeRacer without any extra fright cost as a little compensation.
Just a day later I get the information from CafeRacer that they had send the missing part….
I was able to cancel the order form the second supplier.
