Great product. Marginal customer service
I think I ordered at the wrong time of year? I purchased a product because the part I wanted had limited availability worldwide and this shop had it in stock. The price was good and the site reviews seemed positive. However, although I received an automated response immediately after purchasing, it was weeks before any shipping details emerged. I was worried I was scammed. I sent emails that were answered with short, sometimes cryptic responses. Maybe it was a language barrier? I ordered during the Christmas holiday so I realized their shop may be closed, so I waited. After new years and still no update I started emailing. I waited days between messages then weeks. Some of the responses sounded annoyed even though I was trying to be positive, supportive, yet clear to make sure I wasn’t offending or confusing. Finally I received notice that my package would be shipped and that I would receive a tracking details once it was picked up. Two days later the package arrived. I still haven’t received any tracking info email. Haha! Well, I’m very glad I got the product. Everything works and the shipping was fast once it was shipped but the space between and the process left a lot of doubt.
