(Yes, I've read how you respond to negative reviews by telling customers to read the product page and shipping times. However, the items I ordered were clearly marked as same-day dispatch before 7:00 PM.) The only notification I received from you was confirming that you had taken my payment and that my order was successful. According to your website, my order still hasn't even been handed over to the courier. Two days ago, I contacted your customer support in the morning. I explained the issue, and for an order worth over €500, this is a serious problem. You never replied. Instead, I received an automated email saying: "Thank you for your message. We will get back to you within 48 hours." The only place where you seem to respond is here, so I'll ask again: Where has my money gone? To make it easier for you, my Ticket ID is 301834.

Unfortunately, my experience was not what I had hoped for. I've ordered motorcycle parts from several European shops, including retailers in Italy, and they all delivered to Berlin, Germany much faster than this shop in the Netherlands. My main issue was that the website listed products as in stock, when in reality they were not. Based on many other customer reviews, this seems to be a recurring problem rather than an isolated case. After placing my order, I contacted customer service to ask when the missing items would be available. The response was very vague, they simply replied that they didn't know. I then had to send additional emails to request that the unavailable items be cancelled and refunded, which resulted in unnecessary back-and-forth communication before the refund was finally processed. The refund was eventually issued, so I appreciate that, but the overall experience was disappointing. I believe the shop would greatly improve customer satisfaction by displaying accurate stock availability on its website and providing clearer communication regarding delivery times.

Unfortunately, there are some quality issues with the part. Fitting the fairing on my 1995 BMW K1100, I noticed the part is way out of alignment with the bike. It appears that the fiberglass is not symmetrical along both the top-edge and along the long axis of the fairing and appears to be "off" in both shape, form, and measured edge from the other side by about 14mm, making the part impossible to mount onto the bike. It looks to be related to some molding issue in the fiberglass form. I did submit an "issue request" to the website, they stated: We received your request and a support ticket has been created. We are looking into this and get back to you as soon as possible! Ticket ID 301051 It's been several days; I have yet to hear back.
