Het begon met een vraag per mail waarop ik uiterst snel een antwoord had. Het bestelde onderdeel werd snel en netjes geleverd. Alles verliep zoals je verwacht als je online wat besteld. Nogmaals complimenten voor de snelle service omtrent het contact per mail.

Ich hatte Ende Mai Blinker und Rücklichter bestellt.Diese sind nicht lieferbar und so habe ich eine Rückzahlung für die Blinker erhalten und für die Rücklichter einen Ersatz gefunden,der auch geliefert wurde.Leider warte ich immer noch auf eine Gutschrift der nicht lieferbaren Lichter.

I know we’re the product should fit it was more which bolts are used were and the settings for tighten them. Customer service first started they are stuck to the box. NO Then stated they contacted manufacturers and they don’t have instructions. Was in formed that they supplied parts to people who are professional while working on their bike. I’m a mechanic, pity the person who buys a part and what to do a bit of DIY on their bike if that’s the company view. Told to ask someone for help or better still watch YouTube. Customer service needs improvement
