Commande satisfaisante

Ma commande CRW 188084 s'est très bien passé (délais assez courts, colis bien emballé etc...) sauf que je me suis trompé de référence et je me suis vu refuser l'échange au motif que les amortisseurs custom ne sont pas repris alors que celui que j'ai reçu n'a rien de custom, c'est un YSS pour BMW R 100 R paralever. De plus, je voulais payer les frais de retour par virement bancaire et là, impossible alors que j'avais payé ma commande de la sorte.

Part does not fit like says

The part ordered was to fit yamaha xs1100 the parts are close to fitting but holes drilled in wrong places, metal slightly to thick or too long in places. It's like they took measurements off a Google photo and tried to make it work

Teleurstellend

Artikel besteld dat op voorraad zou zijn en leverbaar binnen 1 dag. Blijkt dat toch niet zo te zijn. Had op z'n minst even iemand kunnen bellen of mailen.

Fijne ervaring super service
