My problem was not with the product or the delivery service. My problem was in understanding how taxes/duties might be double-charged and how that double tax could be reclaimed. My purchases were under your VAT threshold, so you charged 20% VAT, then on the day of delivery FedEx emailed me to say there was an additional VAT duty 'estimated' by HMRC at £38.40. I contacted CafeRacerWebshop and was told FedEx would reimburse me. So far they have not (my original purchase date was 16th May).

I ordered the MaruLabs BEP 3.0, and it showed up 3 days before expected after skipping across the pond to cowboy land. That shows immediate response from a warehouse team if you ask me. Cafe Racer was quick to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase; and that is above and beyond normal customer service.

All as it should be. Things came earlier.

There was some parts, that i wanted to buy together with my order but the shop don't sell them for some reason(clutch plates are available but the springs are not). The website has model specific searching but it cant find all the parts that is proper for the model.
