I give you 5 stars because to tell you the truth you are the cheapest in your products compared to two sites I shop...one in France and one in the Netherlands. And you have the best quality too!!! Well done, you are true professionals!! Only the traffic you have is slow. I don't know if the dpd company you work with is to blame. the other two sites with the same shipping cost to the customer, the delivery is within 3 days with dhl !!! but again your quality and your variety is awesome !! thanks !!!

Really good experience

I ordered a street tracker seat base and pad. Unfortunately the pad was damaged in transit. Within 30 minutes of my e mail to report this I had received a response. The new item is now on its way free of all charges ... I would call that pretty good service. 9
