I am very pleased with the product, and at a good price. The parcel could not be delivered because you only put half of my address on the parcel and no phone number, so the post office could not contact me. I managed to find the parcel myself but disappointed.

richard at caferacerwebshop should offer a seminar on how to get it right. across the board, just excellent. finally got my bmw k75s, 1994, and am setting it up for my wife and i to have a magic carpet for the soon to be empty nest. my prior k75 from years ago, sadly lost in a barn fire, got me here again. first task, make the bike fit me and our mission. so found the yss rear monolever shock that i though might work, took a chance and ordered it. realized after looking at the yss catalogue that a different configuration would work better. richard patiently replied to all my questions, assuring me the shock could be built as i was learning would be best for us and the bike. he provided contact info at yss in NL, which i used to follow up - which turned out to be unnecessary - he'd gotten them going on the build exactly as I'd requested. got the shock much more quickly than expected - being winter and all was in no hurry - took a look and some measurements, and it arrived exactly right. can't wait to get the bike out of storage and get it set up. i am happy to have good business between us, US and UK. anyone on the fence, go for it. i wish this business all success - they've earned it.
