I ordered a helmet which arrived quickly with a complimentary beanie and some stickers. Size was smaller than expected so i ordered a bigger size, but i have been charged 14€ to ship it home and 20 € to ship it back. I'm sure there have to be cheaper solutions

Die Bestellung zum Fest hat nicht geklappt, aber das war eine Sache der Weihnachts-Logistik...der Shop selbst hat hervorragende Arbeit geleistet, den Artikel schnell versendet und auf Nachfragen sofort reagiert und Probleme beseitigt...top...absolut zu empfehlen!!!

I ordered a part 5 months ago, website states 15-30 days delivery. I have contacted the company and been asked to wait longer, which I did. 5 months is too long to wait, so have requested my money back, my last 3 or 4 emails have been ignored! Absolutely terrible. I would suggest that this company is avoided completely. Buy your products elsewhere.

Ik kocht knipperlichten en een achterlicht. Bij aankomst: mooie artikelen, maar veel kleiner dan ik gedacht had: te klein voor mijn motor. Misschien meer foto's plaatsen waarop de onderdelen gemonteerd zijn op een motor?

Great products and great price BUT even though you have a UK web page it only mentions import and duty tax in the small print of the terms and conditions. This is really important as I had to pay an extra 40% on top of the purchase price!! I appreciate it is our fault for leaving the EU, but the website needs to be much clearer on the tax/duty for the UK. It’s a real shame as your products are really good.
