Slow delivery, damaged products and an unmotivated customer support.
I ordered a temperature gauge at their store (€35), when i ordered it said "delivered in 1-2 business days". I finally got the package - almost 3 weeks later. When i informed about delivery they told me "a mistake on the website".
All good i still got my product, but immediately after opening i could see multiple spots where the product was damaged (the gauge screws into your engine so i would expect to receive it in perfect condition so i dont damage my engine). I message the customer support AGAIN and i get a very casual reply that basically says "you dont know anything about the product everything is fine, we didnt throw with it or whatever". This upset me even more but i ignored it, since i still received a product. Once i try to put the guage on (which was sold to me as suitable for my engine) it doesnt even fit closely, not at all. So now im stuck with 1. a damaged product that i will have to send all the way back to them, 2. that i had to wait almost a month for and 3. arrived damaged and to finish this all off 4. it doesnt even fit...
All of this wouldnt have been such a problem if i just received proper (pro-active?) customer support, but now i will never buy anything here again sadly...
