I was able to fill in other products after making my order what was great! But it took a week before products were sent to me. From order (2nd Feb) to receiving the products (15th Feb).

I ordered 2 shipments of parts (close to 900 Euros) for my project build. When they were delivered (South Africa) I found they had sent me the incorrect handle bar switch and faulty headlight. I emailed customer service and they asked for pictures - which I provided. Thereafter nothing from them despite follow up emails and logging additional customer service calls. Horrible after sales service - will rather use revival cycles or FC Moto going forward.
