product is niet volgens beschrijving en geld (tot nu) niet terug ontvangen

25-11 Sokken van Roeg besteld. Omdat er op de site geen maat bij stond belde ik het bedrijf met de vraag hoe dit zat. Daar werd gezegd dat de sokken 'one size fits all' zijn en dus gaan ook voor mt39 zouden passen. ik heb ze vervolgens besteld en koos ervoor het product af te halen. Toen ik kwam en de sokken zag vond ik ze wel erg groot. OP de sokken stond: mt 43-46. Hun reactie: nee dat gaat waarschijnlijk niet passen en dit is ook het enige paar dat we leveren. Ik ben dus voor niets gekomen en heb de sokken dus ook niet meegenomen. Ik zou het geld teruggestort krijgen maar heb tot dit moment nog geen geld retour gekregen.... Jurjen

Habe nach dem Kauf eines Benzinhahns (Re.Nr. CRW-INV146365, Kd.Nr.149028460) bei Ihnen für meine BMW R45 über Ihre Webseite --- da telefonisch mehrmals keiner abgenommen hat --- angefragt, ob Sie einen Dichtring vergessen haben, den ich zur Abdichtung zwischen Benzinhahn und Benzintank benötige. Bis heute habe ich keine Antwort erhalten!
