Het artikel paste niet op mijn motor. Terug gestuurd, geld terug gekregen en maatje groter besteld. Easy peasy. Enige nadeel dat de verzendkosten terug sturen wat hoog was in vergelijking met de prijs van het product.

CRW111029, ordered on the 5th of July and still not delivered. I sent an email requesting an update to which I received no reply.

The Cafe Racer Webshop is a great idea. A place were you can find everything for your bike and it even has an app. But... I made my first order, that included a specific tail light. There was none in stock, so I had to wait 5 to 10 days for it to arrive (according to te website). My first order was on 17/05. I canceled it on the 26th, to add a product. I made it again on the 1st of june, had a problem with paypal and had to repeat it on the 7th. Almost a month later, on the 2nd of july, I asked were were my things. The answer was they were still waiting for the tail light. I had to remove it from the order to get the rest of the things i paid a month earlier. I am in Portugal and we have the same products here. The CRW prices aren´t all that great, and I was buying from them just for the convenience. With this timings, they lost a client.

Ich halte das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis für ausgesprochen gut, wenn nicht sogar sehr gut. Auch hatte ich das Gefühl das man hier am Kunden wirklich persönlich interessiert ist! So etwas kenne ich nur von ganz früher, als es das Internet noch nicht gegeben hat und man noch selbst die Läden abklappern musste, um diverse Customteile für seine Schätzchen zu finden. Für CafeRacerWebShop scheint persönliches Kundeninteresse und ehrlicher Dienst am Kunden kein Fremdwort zu sein und man setzt dies in seiner Geschäftsphilosophie auch 1 zu 1 im Internetgeschäft um! Das ist Heutzutage etwas ganz Seltenes. Respekt Google Übersetzer; I think the price / performance ratio is extremely good, if not very good. I also had the feeling that here you are really interested in the customer personally! I only know something like this from very early on, when the internet didn't exist and you had to go to the shops yourself to find various custom parts for your "sweethearts". For CafeRacerWebShop, personal customer interest and honest service to the customer do not seem to be a foreign word and also implements this 1 to 1 in its business philosophy in the Internet business! This is something very rare these days. respect

War alles unkompliziert, ging superschnell.

Hatte Auspuffkrümmer für meinen BMW Umbau bestellt, Teile waren am 2. Tag nach der Bestellung bereits da, SUPER. Teile waren top für den Preis, der günstigste. Mußte aber leider feststellen, das durch den Umbau die Teile nicht die richtigen sind. Einmal das Caferacer Team angeschrieben, prompt war der Rückversand organisiert und die Rückzahlung erledigt. Sauberer Abwicklung und dazu noch schnell.

Duidelijke site, snel besteld, snel geleverd. Product werkt goed.

Bestelnummer: CRW111055 Op de site staat voor 9 uur besteld morgen in huis. Echter als je bij de producten zelf kijkt zul je zien dat dit bij de meeste niet het geval is, namelijk 1 tot 2 dagen levertijd. Ik had het spul snel nodig en de 1 tot 2 dagen was voor mij net op schema. Ik ben nu al een week aan het wachten... Blijkt dat heel veel producten op hun site niet op voorraad zijn (terwijl er staat van wel), wat voor lange vertragingen kan zorgen. Naar mijn mening niet echt netjes. Ik heb nu een klein gedeelte van mijn bestelling gekregen, de andere spullen zal ik nog langer op moeten wachten.

Bij twijfel of het onderdeel ook geschikt was voor mijn voertuig heb ik telefonisch informatie gevraagd. Kreeg een goede uitleg over het product. En na inbouw hiervan voldoet het 100%.
