Diabolical dispatch time, terrible choice of packaging

Waited over 2 weeks just for the items to be dispatched. Despite being repeatedly sent a misleading YouTube video bragging falsely about ‘rapid delivery’. I then had to pay extra for customs duty - this should be made clear on the website. Finally when the items arrived they were packaged in those awful, AWFUL polystyrene balls. What is this, 1972? This stuff is terrible for the environment and just causes misery to the receiving customer. I actually felt like they packaged the items in this to spite me for constantly asking where my item was. I didn’t even get a decent apology!
