Makkelijke webshop. Actuele levertijd is wel een aandachtspuntje soms. Als je zeker wil weten dat je product leverbaar is of op tijd binnen is kan het geen kwaad om er even een mailtje aan te wagen. Snelle en duidelijke reactie per mail, goede service dus! Prijzen zijn goed. Voor sommige onderdelen zijn ze absoluut de laagste in prijs. Ander onderdelen zijn soms iets duurder dan bij andere aanbieders

Overall I can’t recommend Cafe Racer Webshop and won’t use them again. If you are in the UK you will likely have 20% import duty so makes the prices uncompetitive. Also you can’t trust delivery times on the website and customer service doesn’t really exist if something goes wrong.I don’t seem to have been as lucky as most people reviewing on here. I ordered from Cafe Racer Webshop on 30th November 2020 and am still waiting for the product. Not great for a £600 exhaust. The website said it would be shipped in 4-7 days. I now have to pay an additional £103 in import duty as the UK left the EU on 1st January 2021. I feel that if they had delivered in the timescales advised on the website I would have had the product in good time and without the additional cost. Cafe Racer Webshop say can’t do anything to help but can offer me a small discount on my next order with them. Not sure why they can’t give me a discount on this order.
