i have been waiting since the 19th December for my product only to be told that it probably wont get to me due to the UK border issue, so i ask for a full refund, which they will not give me until they get the product back from the shipping company, when i checked with the shipping company (DPD) they never received the package in the first place, so i forwarded that information to them again asking for a full refund and they are now ignoring my emails. this has been an exceptionally bad experience and the customer support is terrible.
