Still waiting for my delivery

Unfortunately I’ve not received my purchase yet. I placed my order on the 14th of November and the ETA was 5-10 days... I’ve asked to customer service if they could please give me more visibility from the vendor or any kind of updated ETA and I’ve not received an answer, also knowing that this website is one of the only ones in the market which charge you for shipping (whatever the amount of the order) and you also need to pay for the return... really disappointed of how the team communicated delivery status and of course the delay and charge for shipping.

Great one stop shop find most parts fair price

I use this site quite a lot for customers builds a great range of products I just with communication was a bit better. Sometimes chasing little issues can be hard work with communication and there usually misunderstandings though in the long run we get there. I still use them for parts today and will continue
