Ich warte jetzt seit 4 Monaten auf ein Teil (21-0078), um die Reparatur meines Motorrads abzuschliessen. Der kontaktierte Kundenservice war immer bemüht, mir eine richtige Information zu geben, wann das Teil denn nun final verfügbar ist. Dafür gibts von mir 5 Sterne. Leider hat jedoch der Kundendienst selbst immer eine falsche Information bekommen. In der Zwischenzeit wurde das Teil bereits 3x als "in wenigen Tagen verfügbar" gemeldet, zweimal davon sogar via der automatischen email-Benachrichtingsfunktion. Das kann man dem Kundenservice nicht vorwerfen, das Problem liegt wohl im Einkauf/Lieferantenmanagement. Toll wäre gewesen, irgendwann eine klare Ansage zu bekommen, ob sich das Warten nochn lohnt. Oder womöglich ein paar Teile über einen anderen Hersteller produzieren zu lassen, um zu helfen. Das hätte mich dann wohl zum Stammkunden gemacht.

Quick and efficient, good quality part

The website is well thought out and the product range is excellent. Unfortunaetly something went wrong with my order and the incorrect zip code/post code was used on my parcel. So I am writing this review a week from my order being shipped and still empty handed. I called Customer Support who were apologetic, but said there is nothing that they could do. I still have no idea when my shippment will arrive. All the while, my Motorcycle is off the road. In short, great website, but they could improve by checking that outgoing parcels are checked against delivery adress. It would also be nice if my shipping charges were refunded...

Covid had an impact on delivery but we kept in touch and I was given an option on how to proceed and I stuck with them. The deliveries were made and exactly as described.good business and one I am happy to use again
