First time order was perfect but this time the deliver (GLS) did not find my address (same as previously) and I had to call them (and pay their overtaxed number for about 20€) and then manage another address and time to deliver the parcel.

Great customer service and good business. Working with Edgar I had purchased a few items from the Neitherlands and they do not ship to the USA. Edgar was good enough to accept the items and include them in the box at no extra freight charge. Package arrive very quickly onto find I have one chrome and one black muffler from FR to take care of the UPS cost to return the black muffler edgar offered a substantial discount on another item (I probably would have purchased in the futrue anyway) and shipped the correct muffler and the added part and took care of the freight. I have not recieved the 2nd package yet but but i'm sure it's on the way. Edgar was great, nice work!

The GLS shipment costs to Portugal are way to large. More than 27 euros to send a small 4kg package is to much money.

No need for creditnote if customer sends a product that didn't fit. If an article returns, determine an amount and put it on his account so he can use it on his next purchase. I'm still looking for a bigger fueltank, in the shape of a Yamaha RD 350 back in the 70's, long, could be higher, bit bigger so at least 18 liters could fit in.
