I ordered a pair of clip ons for may café racer project. They are made in Italy and they took long to arrive. I'd say too long.
If you are on a tight schedule, I'd say it's best to ask before you order about the estimated time of delivery. I'm not saying that I wouldn't have ordered the product if I knew it would take three weeks to arrive, but I think I would have been at least prepared to wait.
But the people from CafeRacerWebshop, (Reinoud I mean) they were spot on, given the circumstances.
I would definitely order again, I have already something on my wish list.
I like the shop, the clip ons I ordered they are nice quality and the prices are very good.
SuggestionsPlease, record a voice mail also in English, for the times when you're out of the office.
Inform the clients if you estimate that the delivery time for the products will be longer than a week. I'll be asking next time, anyway.
Use the primary site as the platform for communicating important messages like On vacation. Not everybody blogs or has Facebook.
