I was a little hesitant purchasing a large amount overseas. I’m in the USA Florida and only took less than 7-8 days total for me to receive my order. Customer service and over all experience was above and beyond I thought it would be.. I will certainly order again for more parts and will feel at ease with big purchases.

Kreeg een mail van PostNL, dat mijn zending geleverd zou zijn, maar niet bij mij. Ook een mail naar CafeRacerWebshop gestuurd, die gelijk reageerde bij monde van Bram, dat ze gelijk een nieuwe zending gingen sturen. Die heb ik inmiddels wél ontvangen. Echt TOP

Productfoto’s zijn niet altijd duidelijk. Veel producten niet op voorraad. Verder een fijn op met samen te werken.

OK, it's a high postage cost but relatively painless. But, the product really is not up to the standard claimed for it so, no problem, I'll return it. I expect to pay carriage but to pay €16 on top is just plain theft. ie to receive, inspect and reject (for reasons not made obvious in the advert) is going to cost me €50 for a €100 product. Avoid these people, they're just interested in the sale, not the customer

Terrible customer service, do not trust this site. I ordered three products on 19 January, it’s now a week before April and I still have nothing. I’ve spent around €300 and have asked for a refund three times in the past months and have been ignored while continuing to receive weekly newsletters.

Very Nice client experience

I had two orders from them, a total around 900 euros. Although the products appeared to be in stock, they needed around 1-2 months to deliver each order because of the lack of products. Yes, they were answering promptly, yes the order was sent, but.....damn i won't order from them unless forced to do so!
