Order today delivered tomorrow (over a week, maybe)
Don't advertise with being able to deliver the next day If you're unable to do so. My order was placed on Friday, got the confirmation that my order was packed and ready to be shipped and that I should receive the track and trace any moment... Now 1 week later still no track and trace and also no product or even an order update.
On top of that their "sale" is just too dumb for words products that were for example 39,95 are still 39,95!! A true bargain.
Gives the overall feeling of being a meme company.
I did not attempt to contact their customer support for the sole reason that a company should not be pursued by a customer to update a paid for order, especially if you were able to send a "parcel packed" status update. Either ship it or send a status update.
