A horrible experience!
1) The price of the product was excessively over price, the real price of the product is 6 eur in motonet and I was charged about 33 eur in CafeRacerWebshop.com
2) In every electronic page that I used before charging you, they show you the total amount to pay, on this company page, it was not like that, they showed me at the beginning 15 euros and in the end CafeRacerWebshop.com charged me about 33 eur without showing me the total price to pay beforehand! I consider this to be a scam!
In my opinion;The total price must be shown first before charging it, so the customer will know how much he is really paying for the product!
3) I did not receive the product apparently because the shipping company tried once to deliver and as there was no one to receive the package, The company in charge of making the delivery send the package back to CafeRacerWebshop.com without consulting with them , a mistake for which CafeRacerWebshop.com charged me the cost of the delivery , I consider that unfair because it was not me who sent the product back but the company in charge of making the delivery .
4) I demand to CafeRacerWebshop.com to give me a full refund for not having resived the package and CafeRacerWebshop.com deny to do the full refund something that I consider unfair because it was not me who returned the product, but the company in charge of making the delivery.
Why it have to be the client that pay for somebody else mistake?
I will never use CafeRacerWebshop.com neither I recommend them!
My reason Is not only becouse the 15 Eur CafeRacerWebshop.com charged me unfairly but because I feel robbed and cheated with the total experience with CafeRacerWebshop.com !
