Poor customer service for a first time experience
The product I ordered was not in stock, though the website said otherwise. This was not a very big issue at first, but despite numerous requests of an expected delivery date, I was not able to get one.
At last I was offered another product, which was a good solution.
After receiving the product (a cafe racer seat from C.RACER), I found that the ABS shell was not going to fit the seat; the holes were never gonna aline in order for a screw to go through both shell and seat at the same time.
When I complained about it, I was told this was the way it was supposed to be. I expected an exchange of the product.
With that info I checked forums online, and got the opposite impression: no one had this problem earlier.
What did I get? A free return.
