14 Tage Lieferzeit finde ich zu lang. Sonst alles okay.

J'ai éffectué une Commande le 29 decembre 2025 sur le site . Habe am 24.12.2025 einen Sitz bestellt, diesen habe ich dann am 16.01.2026 erhalten. Leider war er Beschädigt. Eingerissen. Die Bilder und Reklamation habe ich Sofort per Mail eingereicht und bis Dato 20.01.2026 keine Antwort erhalten.

Ich hatte bestellt, aufgrund der Beschreibung, "Artikel mit CE-Kennzeichung", doch dem entsprach es dann nicht! ....den Artikel zurückzugeben, macht keinen Sinn, da die Retourekosten vom Lieferer festgelegt sind und fast so viel kosten, wie der Artikel selbst! Ergo - ab in die Tonne! Schade! Die Lieferzeit war wie online beschrieben.

I would have given 4 to 4,5 stars if there wasn’t an internal misunderstanding. I ordered two pieces of one article and during ordering it said all was in stock. That was not the case. They informed me quickly and that was good. They couldn’t say when they get it back in stock. No problem for me I can’t work on my bike now anyway, so I decided that they could sent the what they have right away and the missing part when they get it back in stock. After a few weeks I got the information that they won’t get the part back in stock because it wasn’t available anymore from their supplier. I ordered quickly the same part from another supplier, being afraid that it might not be available anymore. At the same time trying to order a different part from CafeRacer without any extra fright cost as a little compensation. Just a day later I get the information from CafeRacer that they had send the missing part…. I was able to cancel the order form the second supplier.
