There was a delay in the dispatch of my tyre but I was notified in good time. A new date was set for delivery and the tyre arrived one week ahead of this date. Excellent value for money and first class communication. I highly recommend these guys to deal with. Fantastic from start to finish.

Mijn bestelling bestaat uit 4 x 90” graden bochten. Echter krijg ik een 45” graden bocht opgestuurd. Bij een beetje oplettendheid had dit voorkomen kunnen worden. Waardoor ik het project niet kan afronden, en retour kosten kwijt ben om de bocht weer terug te sturen.

I ordered a set of brake shoes, they were listed as in stock, ships within 1 - 2 days (they are still labeled as such as of the writing of this review). However, after a week of no updates I reached out and was told they were actually not in stock, and a restock was in the process, but estimated delivery date was unsure. That same day I was told that a shipment came in and they'd send it to me right away. Despite the setback, pretty good service thus far. However, when I opened my package I found (compatible) brake shoes from a different brand (EBC instead of TRW) which cost about half as much as the ones I paid for. It seems they got mislabeled in the warehouse as the sticker read TRW but the box and it's contents read EBC. Luckily it was a compatible set, so I was able to install these and make it in time for an event! I emailed them again, I was told that I could get the difference refunded, which they did. So whilst this was quite a journey, an adventure dare I say, I'm very happy with the customer service. And despite all the hassle I now have some extra cash back in my account plus new brakes on the bike, so honestly kind of a win right?

J ai commandé sur ce site même si les articles ( casque gants ) étaient un peut plus cher que sur d autres sites parcequ il revendique une livraison rapide J ai passé ma commande le 7 septembre et je l ai reçu le 23 septembre J ai donc été obligé de acheter un casque avant J ai reçu des gants pas dans la couleur commandé J ai suivi les instructions sur leur site pour connaître ma taille de casque et il est trop petit Du coup j ai voulu le retourner et la ça me coûte 10e45 de plus Je ne recommanderais jamais ce site a personne
