Rapide et efficace

Het artikel wat ik had besteld was blijkbaar niet op voorraad. Dit werd bij de bestelling niet aangegeven en ook in de bevestiging van de bestelling werd hier niets over genoemd. Omdat het stil bleef heb ik na twee weken een mail gestuurd om te vragen wat er aan de hand is. Drie dagen later werd het artikel geleverd. DE informatievoorziening had hier wat beter gekund, maar voor de rest een goede webshop.
