I do not have a technical background, but I like learning new things and working with my hands to create things. I have done quite some research online on how to convert my BMW R100RT to a caféracer. I contacted the helpdesk from CafeRacerWebshop.com to ask whether it was feasible to visit the warehouse and to physically inspect all the parts that I wanted to buy for my project. Due to some vacancies I had to wait some time but, it was the wait worth while. I spend more than 4 hours in the warehouse together with an employee, going over all the parts that I would like to buy, to check if they where compatible with my project and would look nice. Some parts where not in stock and where ordered via a back order. In my case, the speedometer that I ordered and already paid, could not be delivered anymore. CafeRacerWebshop.com informed me about that and even ordered the newer version of the speedometer. The newer version is a bit more expensive, but I did not had to pay the difference and also the mounting plate which I ordered, was changed to the new version without any additional costs. I'm very pleased with the service and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!

Une commande retardée suite à un souci d’approvisionnement d'un produit du panier, à la suite de quelques échanges par mail ils m’ont remboursé le produit manquant, et envoyé les autres. Reçus 3 jours plus tard. C’est top !

Vous proposez aucune reprise, ni remboursement et ne reconnaissez pas votre erreur, les photos du site sont mensongères!

Die Lieferzeit war sehr lang, viel länger als beschrieben. Aber das warten hat sich gelohnt, die Stoßdämpfer sind genau so wie ich sie haben wollte. Eins vermisse ich allerdings, in der Beschreibung steht mit ABE, war aber bei der Lieferung nicht dabei, habe auch nichts gefunden wo ich dieses Dokument downloaden könnte. Insgesamt aber trotzdem empfehlenswert. Wer spezielle Stoßdämpfer haben möchte ist hier genau richtig.
