Goed product en prima geïnformeerd over de levertijden.

Several days passed by, my order is still in status processing. I've ordered 4 parts and it turns out that that 2 if them were not available. Which wasn't mentioned on the website. No one contacted me about. When I've contacted support they explained that the parts were out of stock and they were waiting for delivery in the next few days. A week passed, nothing. Contacted them again. Got the same answer. The goods were shipped 2 days after my last email. Great! I've got tracking and everything. 10 days later the shipment is still in transit. Then all of a sudden the FedEx guy called and delivered the package.

Au début un peu déçu car je commande une batterie pour changer celle de ma moto. Elle était indiquée disponible au moment de payer en ligne et une fois commandée elle ne l'était plus . Et pas beaucoup de solutions à part attendre . J'ai donc demandé un remboursement pour la commander ailleurs. 2 jours après je recevais un message me disant que la batterie était partie et le lendemain elle était chez moi . Site réactif et sérieux. Merci
