Leider hat schnell mit Fedex nicht funtioniert. nur weil das Paket nicht in den Genormten Briefkasten passte. Auch sehr unglücklich die zwei Firmennamen Einkauf diese Versand und paypal eine andere. Seht schlecht für nachforschungen.

Ordered a bolt on BMW R series subframe from CRW. The subframe is supposed to mount into the factory brackets with minimal modification. Sure enough, it's not even close to the factory brackets for an attempt to try and insert bolts. After emailing customer service, their response was to contact the manufacturer. But I didn't purchase this from a manufacturer, I purchased it from CRW. After sending pictures and videos to the manufacturer, WiMoto they say they can't help me and they can't replace it because I did not buy it from them. After sending pictures and videos to CRW, they said they can exchange it, but I pay for shipping. That would be fine, but I'm in California. Basically, don't expect support from CRW or WiMoto when purchasing their products. I took a risk purchasing from a European vendor expecting integrity, but I was wrong. I purchased the subframe specifically to avoid fabrication, now I need to find a local fabricator to make this work.

I ordered the BMW R-series Bobber Subframe Steel Version 2.0. the product was described "the center/front mounting hole may therefore need to be re-drilled (closer to the front fork than the OEM hole)" it's also perfectly fine. but 10mm off target is too much for a €289 product
