A month ago I was ordering some stuff form Girav, unfortunately my package got delayed and lost, and when I emailed to costumer service my emails got lost. I was so upset I wrote some unpleasant messages on Facebook, telling everybody how unprofessional they are.
Boy was I wrong...
The package got resend immediately and was at my door in 3 days. Not only that, as an apology they refund my hole order. Like that wasn't enough, they contacted me again, telling me how sorry they are about everything and ask me to pick a dress shirts for myself, that they would give it to me, absolutely free of charge. I got the shirt today and it is amazing.
I do a lot of online shopping and I can tell I have never dealt with customer service so nice and so professional in my entire life.
