No parcels, no money
I placed an order on 12 November and was told that of all the items, I would have to wait until 17 November for the case and until the 20th of November for the belt. I replied that I could wait until the 17th, but that I couldn't wait any longer. The belt was removed from the order. I waited, and when the parcel was supposed to arrive, I saw that it had not been sent. When I asked what was going on, I was told that the case would arrive soon from the supplier. I waited three weeks. I wrote that I was cancelling the case, and I was told that everything else had been sent and I would receive the parcel on 15 December. But I didn't receive it. Not on the 15th, nor on the 22nd. They lost it. When I asked for a refund for the order, they refused. They say that now I have to wait for some kind of investigation. I would like you to refund my money and conduct your investigations until you are old and grey.
