Rápido y eficaz

I ordered parts for my SYM Jet 14, one part, an air filter, that I would have thought would be in stock had to be ordered, after several days I canceled that part so my shipment could be sent, I got that same air filter from Amazon, next day delivery. This order was shipped on the 29 Dec, I still have not received my order from UPS and it is now the 14th January, I strongly recommend changing your courier company as they have on the past three orders I have made with easypart, failed to deliver on time or on this occasion, not at all, I am still dealing with there customer care, or should I rephrase to "customer don't care! I only recommend your company as you do have most parts in stock and you customer care is good.

El único inconveniente es que ha tardado demasiado en llegar, creo que debido a días de fiestas como navidad y reyes. Por lo demás, todo perfecto

Fue todo bien, recibí el paquete en la fecha estimada, venía perfectamente envuelto y protegido. El transportista sin embargo me avisó de que llegaría antes el paquete para luego indicar que no se podía entregar por un problema en la dirección, al final llegó en la fecha que se me había indicado desde el principio, así que bien.

Me gusta el despiece con esquemas. La pieza no puedo valorarla porque aun no me ha llegado, el envío se ha retrasado varios días y no me llegó aún

I placed an order on 12 November and was told that of all the items, I would have to wait until 17 November for the case and until the 20th of November for the belt. I replied that I could wait until the 17th, but that I couldn't wait any longer. The belt was removed from the order. I waited, and when the parcel was supposed to arrive, I saw that it had not been sent. When I asked what was going on, I was told that the case would arrive soon from the supplier. I waited three weeks. I wrote that I was cancelling the case, and I was told that everything else had been sent and I would receive the parcel on 15 December. But I didn't receive it. Not on the 15th, nor on the 22nd. They lost it. When I asked for a refund for the order, they refused. They say that now I have to wait for some kind of investigation. I would like you to refund my money and conduct your investigations until you are old and grey.

Tenían lo que necesitaba y me llegó rápido

Dicen que intentaron entregar a las 13.37 del 15/12 y no pudieron! Esto es una oficina con 22 personas, abierta al público hasta las 15.00. Así que es MENTIRA que no se pudiera entregar porque estábamos cerrados o similar. CAMBIAD DE EMPRESA, son unos mentirosos!

La experiencia ha sido muy buena. La pieza está perfecta y llegó muy bien embalada. Si lo necesito, lo volveré a utilizar.

Realicé un pedido y quise cambiar la talla antes de recibirlo, la respuesta fué que no se podia. Después de recibirlo y comprobar que realmente me iba pequeño hice la devolución, ahora recibo una respuesta donde me comunican que me van a devolver el importe pero con 20€ menos, vaya un verdadero robo tratandose de la web oficial. Si esta es la política de esta empresa lo encuentro una estafa.
