The product was exactly what I wanted, ordered and received. The top box is beautiful and of the quality described. It took a little time to assemble it, but you usually only do it once... The price was a little expensive even though there was a discount on that product because you have to order a mounting kit as well, in the end it was no longer cheaper. The order confirmation came quickly after I placed my order. The delivery was handled by UPS, which delayed the delivery. I was supposed to get it on Monday, then it was postponed to Tuesday, etc. On Thursday I went to their center and picked it up. But overall I am satisfied, can recommend both the product and easyparts!

the products fitted my scooter perfectly, the reason I only gave 3 stars is because the adjustment tool that comes with them, which is a vital part does not fit the job, and now I am not able to adjust them, would have given 5 stars if that was not the case.

"Ups " nu are call center.. Nu are numar de telefon sa ii poti suna ...nu pot discuta cu ei decât pe mail si raspund in 24 ore . Nu sunt multumit de aceasta firma. Am fost anuntat ca pe 1.09 o sa primesc coletul si apoi ca se amână livrarea. Apoi nu am nici un raspuns cand imi va fi livrat coletul. Acum eu ce fac? Astept coletul ....nu am nici o garantie ca ajunge sau nu. Si nu pot lua legatura cu ei....dezamăgitor. am scris mail ieri. Si nu am un raspuns
