"Ups " nu are call center.. Nu are numar de telefon sa ii poti suna ...nu pot discuta cu ei decât pe mail si raspund in 24 ore . Nu sunt multumit de aceasta firma. Am fost anuntat ca pe 1.09 o sa primesc coletul si apoi ca se amână livrarea. Apoi nu am nici un raspuns cand imi va fi livrat coletul. Acum eu ce fac? Astept coletul ....nu am nici o garantie ca ajunge sau nu. Si nu pot lua legatura cu ei....dezamăgitor. am scris mail ieri. Si nu am un raspuns

It took some time as expected since my scooter is now 17 years old. The part I received was a perfect replacement. I was disappointed that the second part I requested was no longer available but can't fault Easy Parts for my bike being old!
Asked for fast service offered to pay for faster but in the end it all was worthless as they did not send the urgently needed parts until reminded 3 days later.

Everything is excellent, orders came from Netherlands to my adress in Croatia in just three days. Ordered products (PIAGGIO parts) are fine, well packed and preserved. Only lack is the price of parts, it's not very pricey but can be more affordable for sure. Otherwise, good experience.
