I received two emails from your system, one to say that I need to pay chargers to UPS and the other was to leave this review, no order confirmation! It was also clear during the order that destination was UK, yes you made zero effort to notify me that there would be import duties, had I known this I would have only ordered the cover and sourced the tyres locally!
The only site I could find the exact carburetor for my 2008 Sym Mio 50. Literally a plug and play component! I'm amazed how quickly I received the part too!

It took a while before the products were send because all the parts weren't in the stock but it was clearly said when ordering. Some of the Vespa screws are very expensive. Normally from the hardware store the prices would be much cheaper. Good store for ordering original Vespa parts! I recommend!
Found what I needed very easily. Fair price. Good delivery. Nothing to complain about (with the shop, not with the part that got broken so necessitating its replacement). Half a star away for insistent use of Flemish or some other strange language instead of English. What on earth is Betrouwbaarheid?... apparently one can mostly guess Dutch words from English, German, and Swedish: it's like in one of these - or not...
