Awesome customer service team.

I loved the support provided by the customer service team - prompt replies and absolutely well-versed product knowledge. Unfortunately my only concern is with regards to pricing. Euro is a really strong currency; ordering parts are extremely expensive when converting to a currency of weaker strength relative to the Euro. Other than that, great experience!
