I didn't knew about EasyParts before so it was my first experience with them. I had some difficulties trying to find a specific product which EasyParts had in stock and everything was great beside some confusion between their trade and billing names, transaction, packaging and fast shipping to Canada. I of course won't hesitate to order again from them.
Order was delivered strictly in promised time, well packed. The price was the lowest I was able to find searching thorough European online shops.

The review below was done a week ago…..after contacting them without any fuss sent the correct part Free of charge ….will use these people again in a heartbeat !! Absolutely brilliant customer service!!! **** happens but they rectified like any good company does. After spending £300 on a exhaust that you can’t buy in the U.K. , exhaust and shield were correct but pipe seal completely wrong which means I can’t fit parts for now. Postage doesn’t have duty and full cost applied, £50 extra cost for me.
The customer has contacted EasyParts customer service. After contacting the supplier, it appears that the supplier has changed the gasket in their tecnical drawings. The client received the wrong gasket and Easyparts customer service sends the right gasket to the customer. The EasyParts website contains clear information about shipping costs outside the EU: Outside of the European Union? Note! Prior to delivery to the recipient, the shipment may be subject to the customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges of the destination country. Inquire about possible charges at your country's customs prior to ordering . These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.
