I ordered a vespa helmet and I didn't receive a confirmation email of any kind. I actually wondered if the site was legitimate. But low and behold... after a few days has passed I saw that the order had been updated within the my account section of the site. I was sent a UPS tracking number and it appeared to have been sent out for delivery. A few days later I received my helmet. Very happy indeed. They should however fix the order confirmation email system as it is currently not working and places lot's of doubt in the mind of a customer.
