Quality origin products, fast shipping and good product packaging. Very satisfied with the overall experience.

So glad I found this website! I’m based in NYC and ordered a top case for my vespa LX and everything arrived so quickly. Products was exactly like described, their website is clear and simple. Shipment was expensive but this is the UPS price not theirs. 100% recommend.

Quality products at good prices and fast delivery

I don't know what is the relation of EasyParts with the supplier of Piaggio parts, but a 9 day delivery time turned into 42 day. Yes I was informed of the delivery time update several times, but still something went wrong this time. Anyway, I am happy I finally received the parts.

I ordered some parts for my motorbike, some if which were not in stock so the customer service sent me a notice which I was extremely pleased with. The products arrived on time and are of satisfactory quality.

Correct part, arrived in under seven days which was very impressive.

thank you,I received the hand deflectors yester-day in only 7 days,have all ready fitted them. its just a pity postage is so expensive to Australia, as there is not a big supply of parts for this Peugeot rs400. but i know i can get parts through Easyparts.

The order took a while as the item was not in stock. It took over 7 days so I decided to change the model. Service the change the model was done swiftly bit no communication. This should be improved to let me know that it has a delayed etc. Finally the order was shipped the next day but still I have not received it. It stayed 1 week in Miami and now in Bogota Colombia while I am awaiting here in Aruba. I have no idea why so long with UPS as I never experienced such a delay with them. So I can not rate the packaging not the item yet. I hope to get it in my hands by next week.
