I am very pleased with the services I've received from this company. I've ordered two hard to get parts from them in the past and was able to get them with no problem even though it took two months to get one of them. Understandably it was a part that people don't buy often. I would recommend them as an option for your scooter parts needs.

Correct & professional service!

Very easy to find right parts. Good description on parts with pictures and technical drawings. Fantastic delivery time from order placed to shipment received. What is missing on the web site is the original part number on each unit/part displayed with the technical drawings. You cannot search on the web site by part numbers. The lack of part numbers makes it time consuming to allocate parts received. The solution is to brows other web sites where part numbers and technical drawings are easy to identify.

Na váš obchod jsem narazil více méně náhodou. Sehnal jsem informace a díly které jsem potřeboval za super peníze. Nemám si na co stěžovat. Vím kam se v budoucnu obrátit. Čas dodání předčil moje očekávání.

Everything worked very well and I get good information about my order all the time.

Long term user, never any problem...

The only issue was there was a 24hr delay at channel tunnel which due to Easter holidays it wasn't delivered for a further 6 days after its original date. I had to make my own part for the MOT so was a waste of money. Not Easyparts fault.
