I have used Easyparts for parts for my scooter before, and they are always brilliant to deal with. The parts were very swiftly sent and arrived quickly, with excellent packagaing. One part of the order was delicate but arrived with no problem.

Very efficient from start to finish fast delivery used by UPS quality part and bonus fixed the motorcycle when fitted the part . Definitely reccomend this company to anyone looking for quality parts with fast delivery .

Ordering was fairly easy. Once received the goods are as I ordered no issues. However…..the goods come from The Netherlands and that’s where the problems began. Maybe the use of UPS is more of an issue, as they were next to useless, no U.K. call centre, customer service could speak English a first language. So before delivery received emails from UPS demanding £63.44 in duties, tolls etc? Something wasn’t aware of, wasn’t even aware they were not coming within the U.K. After numerous long calls being passed from pillar to post I am still not sure what the charges are for, but out of utter desperation I paid and to make sure of receipt I even arranged to collect locally. So in the end, a good few days late and about 20% more cost than expected I actually have the goods. Thankfully all fit perfectly so at least I don’t have the drama of trying to return etc. So ordering, quality of goods no issues, but beware the post Brexit world!!

Fast delivery to the UK and good comms - recommended

I ordered a part for my Peugeot scooter but was a little concerned as it was coming from Europe. However I received an immediate acknowledgement of my order, it was posted the following day and I had updates from the currier company. The part arrived, securely packaged, in less than a week I will certainly use again and highly recommend The only reason, I'm not rating all below is that I don't understand Dutch
