I bought a complete exhaust for my bike, first trough a brief discussion with customer support asking for an opinion, then bought the product and it was processed, shipped and delivered in no time. Perfect as always!
I received a damaged parcel, with a broken item inside. No way to claim anything from Easypart: no phone nr., online formulary doesn't work, nobody answers to emails. Catastrophic.
EasyParts cannot be reached by phone. In the past we found that telephone conversations led to many misunderstandings/errors. Mail communication is fast and clear. We answer within 2 hours (08.00- 18.00 hrs on working days) on any e-mail. Check your SPAM shouldn't you receive any answer. The email from the above customer has also been responded to. EasyParts customer service has sent a new part (free of charge) for the damaged part.
