Efficient but some language problems

Everything is always accurate and on time.

I still do not receive the package. Very log delay worse ever courier company. Fedex hundred times better. If do not receive next week asking reimbursement.

Very badly packed, I was very lucky that the small parts were not lost

Good and quick support, quick delivery, quality parts at, as far as I can tell, competitive prices. The packaging, however, was just a thin cardboard box with very little daming material inside. When the box arrived it had lost its original shape, and parts inside were all over the place. Luckily it turned out the contents survived.

Order, payment, parts and everything ok, but the packing is too poor. Outer box in such a weak material. Big hole (10x3cm) in one corner when picking it up at the service point. Parts could easily have fallen out. Especially since there is no packing material or anything in the box. All parts just thrown in. Sensitive parts like spark plugs and o-rings all together with bulky stuff with no insulation at all in-between. One spark plug had been scuffed around so that it had fallen out of its own small box i.e. who knows the status of that one now? UPS service point didn't care jack **** about the hole or if anything might have been missing so thanks God everything was still in there... I'll look for other suppliers for next time.

First you announced a delivery time of 10th of May, then 12th of May. The 18th of May I asked you about my parts bebause no notice from your side. You informed a new delivery time: 1st of June. Then suddenly you sended me a notice 20th of May that my order has been sent to me! Luckily this time we were not so much in a hurry. I can not give all the points belou because I do not understand all the words.

I wait for the order a bit longer but in the end, everything is ok and as expected! Thank you Easy parts
