Ordered some parts for a service of my Piaggio x10 early this spring. Waiting time for some parts 3 weeks. After 6 weeks I contacted Easy parts who replied very quickly that the back listed item were to arrive in a weeks time. Fine, no problem I waited for all the items to be sent out together. After 2 weeks, nothing. All of a sudden I got an email telling me that the belt for the transmission was missing. What!? Are you selling stuff from my already payed for shopping cart? I saw there was still belts in stock so I wrote, you can replace with one of them (Malossi). —Sure, all you have to do now is pay the difference and your order will be shipped out. Like 4 euros more. —You must be kidding! Just replace and send me my stuff please. They did without any further discussion. All arrived in good order with UPS.

Always number one choice. Much internet criminality on scooter pages. Nonsense,hacking,blocking, and ZERO un/original parts do fit because of patent laws. ONLY WAY!

Everything else was perfect, you were very flexible with my many changes into the original order. The only mistake was with one little part, which should have been in your stock but actually wasn´t, so we got to change the order one more time, because I started to have a little rush with it.

Ups told me i eas not at home so i waitet 2 long days Finaly tjey sent på paket to a difrent town Wen i was there they told me it was in my hometown. Och i finaly got my paket and it was in total mess Pleas dont use ups
