No problems with the quality of the products or the speed of shipping, but the small parts I purchased (small-end bearings) were shipped in a huge, mostly empty box, at a quite unreasonable cost. Surely there must be a cheaper way to ship small parts, even if the delivery time is longer? Why can't you give your buyers some shipping options? Also, not a problem for me, but the rating items on this survey appear in nederlandisch, even though the selected language for the survey is English. This must be an issue with Kiyoh.
I find Easyparts a great place to buy spares for my scooters - the range of parts is good, stock levels are high, and service is always rapid and efficient. I also like that they stock some good quality alternative aftermarket parts which are far cheaper than official parts.
