People are very helpful and their response is very good. All parts are well described and original.

Reliable and efficient

I get my original Peugeot V-Clic parts at ok costs. Extreme rapid delievered on my door,in norway. But,I had to cancel some parts,as last time. Not because they where unavaible, they have a longer delievery time. Wich is acceptable when you know the prosess, so you plan the orderes in advance of emergency. The luxury ideal situation,is all parts when anything brakes.

No problem at all. The only problem is this review that is only in dutch language.

Rapidité des réponses aux questions, ainsi qu'aux services. Commande conforme et bien emballée. Délai tenu. Juste un peu cher, sur les pièces d'origine. Très satisfait dans l'ensemble. A recommander.

Easy to chose parts and the delivery was on time.

Enkel de verpakking kan beter verzorgd worden. Ik had een Malossi Multivar kit besteld, bij aankomst was de originele verpakking erg beschadigd, vermoedelijk door onvoldoende vulling in de doos. De 2 sets rolletjes lagen los in de doos. De witte drukveer was beschadigd (diepe krassen in de lak). Gelukkig was het belangrijkste onderdeel; de vario zelf niet beschadigd.

I've always found easyparts' service very efficient with quick delivery. Especially useful is where they list alternative parts which are much cheaper than manufacturers parts - this is great.

J'ai fait une commande qui devait être expédié dans un Relay UPS a côté de chez moi comme par hasard Relay initial UPS fermer...(c'est pas vrai puisque j'y suis allé il était ouvert) ils me detourne mon colis dans un autre Relay UPS qui lui refuse le colis...re livraison mais personne ne sait où... heureusement il y avait une dame très pro qui a fait sont travail correctement et a donné mon téléphone au livreur qui m'a appelé et ma donner rendez-vous dans un autre point Relay UPS j'ai du aller chercher mon colis par mes propres moyens...du jamais vu MERCI UPS PLUS JAMAIS DU GROS FOUTAGE DE GUEULE ha oui j'ai oublié j'ai écrit à easypart en gros démerde toi pour ton colis et impossible de reprogrammé une autre livraison puisque l'adresse sur le colis n'est pas celle de chez moi mais du point Relay UPS !!!!!a bon entendeur easypart !!!

The only objection is that they don’t have all ordered items on stock, and should wait for the order to be completed. I have to admit I was aware of this when creating a order. After order were completed, the delivery was very fast and professional (3 days to Croatia). All in all I am very pleased and I’ll continue buying on EasyParts web shop.

I needed two seals and two fork covers. I asked for a unit of seals, consisting of two seals (there is a photo), and a unit of dust cover, with a similar price, it is assumed that there would be two dust covers (no photo). It was just a dust cover, and I had to place a new order for the second dust cover.
