The part was not in. Had to wait long time for it but that wasn't EasyParts fault. The communication I did have with them was good and they was the cheapest I found

I have ordered scooter parts and accessories from Easy Parts many times. Everything has worked great. If I've had a question, I've always received an answer to my email within the same day. Thanks to the knowledgeable staff. If the item has not been found in stock immediately, I have been kept well informed of delivery times. And the most important thing is, that the goods have always been well packed and of good quality.

I paid for the order then they found out the two most expensive parts were no longer available, so they had to refund over half the cost. But the extremely high shipping charges (almost $200 on a $300 order) didn’t go down much, even though the omitted parts were by far the largest. So it became $120 shipping on an $80 order. But at least it got here fast. Although I didn’t need it fast. Our email communication was fairly fast (overnight typically, since we are 8 hours apart) and pleasant. I’m sure I tested their patience, but they stayed nice. (There were other problems, such as the single photo of one part was at an angle that made it look different from the broken part I had, so I questioned if it was correct; correctly identifying the model of scooter took some time)

I couldn't find a replacement auto choke for my Sym HD 200 2006 anywhere until I found Easy parts. I had to wait around 6 weeks for Easy parts to get it from Sym but was kept updated about the approximate delivery date. Part arrived and my scooter works perfectly now and I'm back on the road! Excellent customer service, good price for the part and very reasonable postage costs. Will be back when I need more parts. Many thanks!

Having entered the full details of my scooter (including the colour) I was able to navigate through the various diagrams and select the parts I required. I was told at time of order that some items were not in stock and would take four days to become in stock. The in-stock items were held until the order was complete. This only took three days and my goods were shipped and I received the order (in UK) two days later. All parts were in good order. One of the items ordered was a double seat. It only just fit diagonally in the box but was not secured and free to move in the box. When the order arrived the seat had broken through the outer box and was slightly sticking out of the box. It was not damaged and no items from the order had been lost. Overall I was pleased with the order process and the timely supply of the goods.

As someone who wasn’t exactly sure if I was going to be ordering the right parts for my Peugeot, easy parts made it, well….easy! After entering all my vehicle details, I was shown all of the spare parts for my model which easy parts supplied. Ordering and payment was quick, with regular updates on my order. In my case, I had ordered a part that was out of stock, which easy parts informed me about the next day. As soon as it was back in stock, I was sent an email, and the parts were dispatched to me. Appreciate the fact that the other part I ordered was held back and sent at the same time as the out of stock part, saving me another delivery cost. Will definitely be using easy parts again. Wish I had found this company before now. Highly recommended

Firstly I'd like to say that the price I paid was great, very good value I had difficulty fitting a part of a kit I had purchased. I contacted them as I believed the part might not be the correct part. One of the reasons I suspected it could an incorrect part was that when the package was originally opened the instructions were crumpled and the was handwriting on the instruction. This to me shows that the package was not brand new. I asked Customer service if they could compare the picture i sent to the part in their stock to if confirm if it is the correct part. They replied that the package was brand new(even though the instructions had writing on it) and did not answer my suggestion to check their stock against my picture. They then told me to return the item What is frustrating is that I still don't know where the fault lies, is it with my scooter or the part? Do I order another kit hoping that a new one fits? I would know if they could have been bothered to check their stock to see if I had an incorrect part or not.

The communication was very good , I found a lot of parts, I got the items very fast .But the issue is that you don't know the shipping fees except after buying I prefer to know it before . Also I would like to know how much do I have to pay in UPS for customs before I decide to buy the items. In general I will always buy my things concerning my motorcycle from easy part
