Being a loyal long-term customer I bought an expensive 380eur exhaust from easyparts. After 1 hour test I decided to return it in the original packaging because i found it too loud an it did alter the torque performance on my bike. easyparts refused my return and sent it back again. Their excuse? "we do not take used parts back"...after reviewing their website this rule was NEVER mentioned on their website (actually not much is mentioned about the returns policy)...two things come to my mindd: 1) selling refurbished parts sounds very normal in today's e-commerce environment and 2) how else would i be able to evaluate the exhaust performance without trying it? so easyparts choses to put all the risk with the customer without prior warning and i think it is quite cheap. think again if you buy exhaust from them & SIP Scootershop here i come! PS: thinking of launching a case with consumentenbond re this.

Our return policy is very clear mentioned on our website. Off course EasyParts respects the European law concerning returning goods. When possible we are even more flexible. For normal thinking people it is totally logic that we can not accept the returning of used cilinders, variators, exhausts, etc... Refurbished parts is in scooterparts not an issue, these are usually electronics and electricals repaired by the manufacturer and resold. Used cilinders, variators or exhausts can not be repaired

This client asked EasyParts about a not complete order. Our customerservice asked this client if he wants to wait the completement of his order or if he wants to ship the incomplete order and cancel the not available part. The client choose to wait. The missing part arrived and the complete order was shipped. If you not understand our information because a language problem please ask our customerservice again. We are very patient!

SuggestionsYou have fixed the VAT issue for overseas buyers, and I only had the one issue where you changed some brake pads without asking (and the replacement pads were bad).
