SuggestionsIf the product is out of stock and the delivery time is 2-3 days in the program, no one requests / sends mail to inform about the delay.
No other option from EasyParts to change a product that is not available with something similar.
We buy 2 items, one in stock, the other ordered by suplier (2-3 days), no response after 2 weeks. I use the difficult system of talking with EasyParts , change the product that was missing with same product but different color that was on stock , and after this , order was send in the same day .
